Shipping policy
We may charge for shipping depending on product type and weight.
Shipping costs for orders will be automatically calculated at checkout.
You will be notified of your tracking number once shipped.
Processing time: We aim to have all products processed by our warehouses in 2 business days.
Once dispatched, we estimate the delivery times of:
Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne Metro Areas: 3-8 business days
Adelaide, Tasmania Metro Areas: 5-10 business days
Please note that listed times are estimates based on averages and could sometimes take a little longer if there are delays. Regional areas can take longer for delivery.
We are unable to ship to certain locations and we also cannot ship to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers. Therefore we reserve the right to:
- Provide a new quote if you change your shipping address. For example, if we need to change it from a PO Box or Parcel Locker, or you change the shipping address.
- Refuse your order based on your location. Your order will be refunded in this case.
